Meet the team

Mark is the founder and managing director of Integritas, and he is one of the few financial advisers in the country who has the Chartered Financial Planner status. This is the top level of qualification and recognition in the financial services industry, and it shows that Mark is serious about giving ethical, high-quality, and client-focused financial advice. Mark always does what's best for his clients, and he helps them reach their financial goals with clarity and confidence.

Mark has a lot of experience in financial services, since he started his career in 2003. He worked for many years in London, the financial centre of the country, where he advised wealthy individuals and businesses on various financial matters. He learned a lot and became an expert in the fast-changing and complex world of finance, and he earned a reputation for excellence and professionalism.

Mark is from Staffordshire, and he lives in Uttoxeter with his wife Emma and two sons. He covers the Uttoxeter area as well as Swadlincote, where our office is located. He started our company to bring his London-level expertise to the Midlands, and to give independent and unbiased financial advice to his local community. Mark loves helping people make the most of their money, and he explains financial concepts in clear and simple terms that anyone can understand.

Adam is a highly qualified Financial Adviser, holding a Level 4 Diploma and Level 6 Specialist Pension Transfers Qualification from the London Institute of Banking and Finance. With a wealth of experience in the financial services industry, he has successfully assisted a wide range of clients. His clientele ranges from young professionals embarking on their financial planning voyage to individuals enjoying their retirement years.

Since joining in 2021, Adam has made a significant contribution to Integritas and swiftly established himself as a vital asset to the firm. Collaborating closely with Mark, he is committed to delivering top-tier financial advice to all clients, ensuring their financial goals are met with excellence.

Since joining Integritas Financial Planners in March 2018, Clare has become an indispensable part of our family. As our first external hire, she has seamlessly integrated herself into the core of our operations. Collaborating closely with all our Advisors, Clare serves as the main point of contact for clients and providers. She diligently oversees research follow-ups and ensures the accuracy and organization of all data.

Beyond her primary responsibilities, Clare smoothly orchestrates the office's daily operations and holds the pivotal role of managing both HR and overall firm administration. Clare has over 15 years of experience in Financial Services, and her Business Degree and corporate knowledge are invaluable assets to the team. She is also passionate about creating a positive and productive work environment for all.

Ollie has worked in a variety of roles within financial services since leaving school in 2014. Oliver is the most recent addition to Integritas, joining us as a Paraplanner in October 2023. He brings a wealth of experience having worked within a similar role previously. His role as a Paraplanner centres on collaborating with our advisers to determine the best recommendations and ensuring the best outcome for our clients. His attention to detail and thorough research ensure that clients can have confidence in the service provided by Integritas. He is also currently studying towards his Diploma in regulated financial planning to improve his overall knowledge and skill set, this will certainly be a benefit to both Integritas and our clients.
